CANCELLATIONS: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service. Any deposit made will also be forfeited. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If you fail to cancel or no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. In addition, all future appointments will require a 100% deposit. LATE ARRIVAL: Please be aware that we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled. We will make every effort to reschedule in a timely manner. However, if we do not hear from you, it will be considered a "No-Show" and treated as a missed appointment.

Hi, i'm nat! I started in the beauty industry when I was 15 years old and worked my way from the front desk, up to being a licensed cosmetologist. I have worked with Tai since I started in this industry in 2015. I am very blessed to be on this journey with Tai and See. I attended the school of Paul Mitchell in Charlotte from 2017-2018. I have always loved doing hair and anything that has to do with beauty for as long as I can remember! I look forward to making all your hair dreams come true!
