TK BEAUTY LOUNGE CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including same-day cancellations made by phone or message, will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. Any deposit paid toward the appointment is nonrefundable for late cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be credited toward the applicable cancellation fee, with any remaining balance due charged separately. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. MISSED APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this fee. Following a no-show, all future appointments will require 100% prepayment to secure a booking. LATE ARRIVALS We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the service and remaining time available. We will make every effort to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee that the full scheduled service can be completed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your appointment, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee. DEPOSIT POLICY A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Appointments booked within 48 hours: The deposit is required at the time of booking. • Appointments booked more than 48 hours in advance: The deposit must be submitted within 48 hours of booking to confirm and hold the appointment. Failure to submit the required deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the appointment being released. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice and will be credited toward any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. Deposits are nontransferable to another client or a different appointment unless otherwise approved by TK Beauty Lounge. SERVICE CHANGES & DOWNGRADES Please select your services carefully when booking, as each appointment is scheduled with a specific amount of time reserved for your selected services. If you choose to change or downgrade your originally booked service to a shorter or less expensive service with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the price difference between the originally booked service and the revised service. Service changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible once your appointment has been scheduled. We encourage clients to contact us at least 48 hours in advance if they wish to make changes to their services.
